She Plays Her Part

I recently encountered a series called Patrol 03, and despite the very limited number of episodes I could find in English, I found myself enjoying it, overall. Carmen easily became my favorite character out of the lot. But then again, she's a badass, cute arctic vixen who utilizes a Bentley-like wheelchair of gadgets and equipment. Frankly, it's easy to see how she became the favorite.
