Another Pokemon illustration in one sitting!
I remember this one being one of my favorites when I was into the franchise as a child, mainly due to its odd nature. I've wanted to do a neon outline Paintwork for quite some time now and I felt that Porygon would work given its already neon/electric blue-pink colors. I like the result.
